Today in my Facebook Live I created two tags using In The Pines Bundle. This bundle consists of a stamp set and matching dies full of tree images that can be used all year round.

I started with the Garden Green card stock that measured 5cm x 12cm. I ran this through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the Evergreen Forest 3D embossing folder to emboss the bottom half of the tag. To make the tag topper I used the Fancy Tag Topper Punch and punched the top of the tag out.

I then used Whisper White Craft ink pad and a Stamping Sponge to spread some white ink over the tag. Working my way down from the top to over the embossed image. I then used my Sponge Dauber to darken the top of the card with some Garden Green Ink.

I then stamped the tree image in from the In The Pines Stamp Set and die cut it out using the matching dies from the bundle. The images from this stamp set are a two step stamping technique. This is where you stamp one image in one colour and then a second image in another colour to get a coloured in effect. For the tree I stamped the first step in Early Espresso Ink and then the second one in Crumb Cake Ink to create the tree.

I stamped the “Thinking of you” sentiment on Very Vanilla Card Stock in Early Espresso Ink and shaded the edges with a Sponge Dauber and Garden Green Ink. Finally I threaded some Gold metallic Edged Ribbon through the tag topper to finish the tag off.

The next tag I did was on Crumb Cake card stock very similar to the Garden Green tag however I made this one as a horizontal tag.
This tag measures 5cm x 10cm and I used the Evergreen Forest 3D embossing folder and ran it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine horizontally, just on the bottom of the tag. I then punched it using the Fancy Tag Topper Punch. Using a sponge I shaded the edges of the tag in Crumb Cake Ink adding a little at a time until I was happy that I have the look I was after.

Using the Fancy Tag Topper Punch I then punched the 2cm x 8cm sentiment piece of Very Vanilla Card Stock, to make the sentiment have the same top as the tag. Stamping the sentiment “Seasons Greetings” in Early Espresso Ink and the little dot stamp and sponging around the edges are in Crumb Cake Ink.

The trees are stamp the same way as the first tag except I have used Garden Green Ink as the second ink colour and die cut them out using the matching dies. The trees have been shaded on one side of the tree with a Sponge Dauber and Crumb Cake Ink and attached to the tag using Stampin Dimensionals to give it a 3D effect.

To finish it of I threaded some Mossy Meadow diagonal striped ribbon through the hole of both tags and wrapped some Linen Thread around it and tied it in a bow.
