If you are like me I have always enjoyed going to the letterbox and collecting the mail. However I don’t like recovering bills in my letterbox I only like collecting happy mail, maybe that’s why I love card making so much. With a folded piece of paper you can bring instant joy to some ones day.

So when I saw this new stamp set called Snailed It, in our new January- June 2021 Mini Catalogue I knew I had to have it… after all snail mail is what we do, right?

I don’t know what it is maybe it’s cause the snail looks so cute but I just love this stamp set called Snailed It, by Stampin’ Up! it comes as a bundle with matching dies, but it also comes as a suite with Designer series paper, twine and resin Hearts.

As a demonstrator, one of the perks is being able to see and buy products earlier than customers. With that in mind, I made this card for our Bec’s House Of Crafties. monthly mystery card kit for December. A monthly mystery card kit is where I send my team a kit in the mail each month, which has enough consumable supplies to create a card. This month I sent them some card stock, ribbon , embellishment and some new Designer series paper that is available in the upcoming Sale-a- Bration catalogue called Oh So Ombre. Each month a winner is picked by a mystery judge and a prize is given. This is one of the perks of being part of my team Bec’s House Of Crafties.

For this card I created a shaker card using a clear medium envelope for the shaker card, it is an easy technique to do for a quick card that looks like you spent hours creating. I made one of these cards as a Christmas Shaker in my Facebook Live that I do every Saturday morning at 9am, the technique is the same however the card is different, so you get to to see two designs using the same technique.
